We found that it was the best place in India and obviously worldwide to watch tigers and tiger families . Even if you can hardly see anything from the beautiful narrow tracks in the bamboo jungle it's always worth-while to keep a good look at the various water holes.

We visited two places in Pantanal. The fazenda Araras lodge not far from Pocone and the Paraguay river as far as the Taïma reserve.
The araras lodge is a land of 3000 hectares with amazing varied animals.
From Pocone to the jaguar house boat on the Paraguay river you cross many fazendas with cattle. It's a five-hour journey by road. The Paraguay river is surrounded by fazendas. Even if there are a lot of fishermen, we saw 9 jaguars in 7 days. So it's an unuasual sight to see these magnifiscent wild animals just beside cattle and meadows.
The farmers are worried that jaguars may kill their cattle. Sometimes they kill them, as some jaguars in search of food prey on their live stock.
In the Taïma reserve we saw beautiful primary forest but unfortunately some fishermen don't respect the law and come for fish.

Manu national park is an area of nearly 20000 square kilometers of an intouched rain forest. It's a paradise for wildlife including jaguars, ocelots, giant otters, 13 species of monkeys and many birds species. Going there it takes you one day and half driving and 5 hours going down" the madre de dios" by boat. Then the next day you go up in the Manu river and you enter the park and you see immediatly the differences, the banks of the river are full of tortoises and caîmans. That's the beginning of the trip.
We saw one jaguar, capybaras, giant otters, one tapir and 8 species of monkeys.
We saw vultures, hawks, egrets, herons, kingfishers, hoatzins....

According to us Kafue was the most beautifull park in Zambia...because the diversity here is larger than in all the other parks in Zambia; there are sheetahs, red lechwees, roan and sable antilopes, wild dogs, pukus, impalas, buffalos, zebras, elephants and more....
But poaching and illegal fires are a big problem there.

Etosha National Park is just fantastic! You can see thousands of animals. Big numbers of Zebras, Kudus, Black-faced Impalas, springboks, Oryx, Wildebeest,Hartebeests,Elephants, Giraffes.... The number of predators is not so high; few cheetahs, few and small prides of lions, leopards and no hunting dogs. The landscape is enhanced by the number of its water holes beside which you can camp and spend all the night watching out for wild animals. It's the best place in Africa now to see black rhinos. All the south of the park has been fenced to avoid problems with cattle.
You won't be disappointed.

South Luangwa National Park is a beautiful N.P. with a lot of game; many elephants, big prides of lions, herds of buffalos, pukus and girraffes.... and it's one of the best places in the world where you can spot and photograph leopards.
People usually go on night game drives and are pleasantly surprised. Those night game drives are always amazing.

There is little wildlife as fishermen and hunters are numerous and there are not any protected areas. Fishing and hunting should be stricly forbidden. This state of affairs with this lack of regulation endangers biodiversity.

Lake Nakuru is the best example of good conservation. As the park is close to a town of one million people the best way to safeguard the wildlife was to ringfence the entire park. WWF contributed to the cost. It's a paradise with one million of flamingos and white pelicans....and the all African wildlife.
